IVAN MARKOVSKI IS THE NEW COACH OF HC MULTI ESSENCE
HC Multi Essence hereby informs the public that Ivan Markovski was appointed as the team’s new head coach for the upcoming season.
Ivan Markovski is a former Macedonian national team player with a rich player background, including playing for several domestic and foreign teams, such as HC Pelister, HC Metalurg, HC Vardar, HC Metkovikj, HC Zagreb, and HC Saragosa.
He has coached teams from France, China, and Qatar, as well as the Macedonian teams, HJS Rabotnik and HC Metalurg, in the course of his coaching career.
He has held a master coach license since 2020.
Coach Mile Bochkarovski will be Ivan Markovski’s assistant.

HC ALKALOID WINS THE MARKO BOZHINOVSKI TOURNAMENT
Alkaloid’s cadet team won the second Marko Bozhinovski memorial tournament held in honor of the prematurely deceased Macedonian handball and national team player.
HC Alkaloid won the tournament in which the teams of HC Konjuh from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Macedonian teams of HC E. Pelister, HC Butel Skopje, HC Golden Art, and HC Aerodrom competed.
HC Alkaloid won all four of the games. In the first round, they won against HC Konjuh with a score of 30:27. They defeated the team of HC Aerodrom with a score of 48:21 in the second round, and in the semi-finals, they eliminated the team of HC Butel Skopje (27:16).
In the finals, our team faced the Konjuh team once again, which had won against E. Pelister (34-28) in the semi-finals.
For the second time in the tournament, our team defeated the Konjuh team from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The final score was 26:25, a victory won in a challenging game with a dramatic ending, in which, however, our team performed better.

HC ALKALOID AND HC MULTI ESSENCE GOT THE RIVALS FOR NEXT SEASON
The prelude to the new Super League season took place today with the drawing of lots, whereby 16 participating teams were divided into two groups, while the participants in the playoffs and playouts will become known after playing the autumn phase. Due to finishing in second place in the previous championship, HC Alkaloid was given the role of first seed together with HC E. Pelister.
Our team will play in group A in the championship autumn phase, competing against the teams of GHC Tikvesh, GHC Ohrid, HC E. Pelister 2, HC Struga, HC Kumanovo, HC Skopje, and HC Aerodrom.
In the first round, we will play against the team of HC Skopje on the away field.
As a new Super League competitor, the team of HC Multi Essence was in the last seed. HC Multi Essence will compete in group B against the teams of HC E. Pelister, HC Vardar 1961, HC Butel Skopje, HC Tinex Prolet, HC Golden Art, HC Prilep, and HC Vardar Negotino.
In the first round, HC Multi Essence will play against HC Golden Art at home.
The new season will start at the beginning of September. The exact date will be announced soon. According to the propositions, the four top teams from the two groups will then move to the playoffs, where they will also transfer points based on their group placement. The other four teams will compete in a playout to survive in the strongest competition.

HC ALKALOID IS THE MACEDONIAN VICE-CHAMPION!
HC VARDAR 1961 – HC ALKALOID 21-25 (10-12)

HC Alkaloid achieved a remarkable feat in its first Super League season by finishing in second place in the championship, thus securing a spot in the European League, directly in the competition’s group stage.
In the last round, HC Alkaloid visited the team of HC Vardar in the Jane Sandanski hall, and by playing a competitive, high-quality match it showcased its ability, winning with a score of 25-21, thus passing HC Vardar 1961 in the table.
The score was tied at the beginning of this match. The home team controlled the result only in the opening minutes, but our team managed to even the score, and after 15 minutes of play, they had a two-goal advantage (7-5).
The transition of HC Alkaloid was excellent, we defended the lead and in the minutes that followed, increased the difference to three goals (10-7), in the 20th minute of the match.
During the half finish, we led with four goals (12-8) for the first time, but we missed two potential scoring chances before the end of the half, leaving HC Alkaloid with a 12-10 advantage going into the break.
In the opening minutes of the second half, HC Alkaloid controlled the score and had a lead of two to three goals.
The score was tied at 18-18 in the 47th minute of the game, but thanks to our goalkeeper Blagojche Trajkovski, HC Alkaloid took the lead once again (20-18) immediately afterwards. The match gained intensity, a fight was fought in every duel, and Alkaloid led 23-19 in the 57th minute of the match.
Our defense blocked the opponent’s attempts to make a turn. We had solutions in the offensive, and reached an advantage that was unattainable.

HC MULTI ESSENCE – THE MACEDONIAN CADET CHAMPION!
Today, the excellence, selflessness, and professionalism instilled in the daily work of our youngest categories paid off in the field.
Our cadet team, HC Multi Essence, is the new Macedonian champion. In the Final Four tournament final, which took place in the Avtokomanda hall, our team defeated the HC Struga team with 31-29 and took the winner’s cup. Earlier in the semi-finals, our cadets defeated the team of HC Golden Art with 33-24.
Our cadet team’s performance culminated on the Final Four tournament. HC Multi Essence won all 18 championship games, and eliminated the team of CHC Ohrid in the 1/4 finals.
The fact that we have a total score of 21 wins in the 21 games we have played this season gives us satisfaction and reassurance that we are on the right path.
Our handball players also dominated the selection of the F4 tournament top lineup. The top lineup included goalkeeper Stefan Jordanov, center back David Janevski and pivot Jakov Trajkovski, while Hristijan Gurmeshevikj was named the most valuable player.

HC ALKALOID WINS THE LAST HOME MATCH
HC ALKALOID – HC E. PELISTER 2 29-27 (16-14)

HC Alkaloid won its tenth championship victory in tonight’s last home match of the season. Our club defeated the team of E. Pelister 2 with a 29-27 win and scored three new points.
The match had an even score for the most part, and coach Kiril Lazarov made rotations to give different players a chance. HC Alkaloid finished the first half with a two-goal advantage (16-14). After the score was tied at the start of the second half, our team got into a better rhythm, and following the 18-18 tie, went on a 5-0 run to take a 23-18 lead, which basically meant victory.
Alkaloid also led 28-22, before the visiting team reduced the difference at the very end, but there was never any real danger for our victory.
Goalkeeper, Ivan Galevski, stood out in this match with 19 saves. Right back, David Savrevski, was the most efficient player in our team scoring five goals.
In the last round, we will play against the Vardar 1961 team on the away field for second place in the table.
