This Privacy Statement explains the type of personal data that the Joint Stock Company for Sports Activities HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje (hereinafter: JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje) collects from you when you visit the Sports Hall and how JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje uses these data.
Why do we collect (process) personal data?
JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje collects personal data through the CCTV system for the following reasons (purposes):
protecting the life and health of visitors, athletes and other categories of subjects,
protecting the life and health of employees due to the nature of their work,
ensuring control over the entry and exit to and from the Sports Hall of JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje and
protecting property/belongings.
More precisely, video surveillance is carried out in order to provide higher level of security for employees, visitors, athletes and other categories of subjects and the property of JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje, i.e. to protect the property and integrity of employees, visitors, athletes and other categories of subjects from illegal actions and other security risks with varying degrees of probability and seriousness, especially when holding matches.
The CCTV system is not used for any other purpose, such as to monitor the work of employees or their attendance. The positioning of the video cameras ensures that they do not cover the surrounding public space.
In addition, the CCTV system is not used as an investigative tool or to obtain evidence during internal investigations or disciplinary procedures, unless it a case of a security incident for which the video surveillance was established in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (In exceptional circumstances, the data can be transferred to investigative authorities within a formal disciplinary or criminal investigation).
The CCTV cameras of JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje are positioned and focused so that they record:
persons who access the Sports Hall and
the property in the Sports Hall.
The CCTV system covers the ground floor and first floor of the Sports Hall, recording the entrances/exits from the Sports Hall, the monitoring hall, the field and the stands.
What type of data is collected by JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje?
JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje collects only images captured on the cameras, with no audio recording.
Who is responsible for data processing?
JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje processes personal data and determines the purposes of processing, solely in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. In addition, the contact person and person responsible for video surveillance is Milosh Miloshevski.
What are the legal grounds for processing personal data via the CCTV system?
The processing of personal data collected through the CCTV system is permitted by law in accordance with Article 90 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
The legal grounds for the processing of personal data via the CCTV system is the legitimate interest of JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje in protecting the life and health of subjects and protecting property, which prevails over the rights and freedoms of employees, visitors, athletes and other categories of subjects.
There are visible and clearly marked notices regarding the CCTV system in the Sports Hall. The notices allow the personal data subjects to be informed that video surveillance is performed, as well as of the name of JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje, as the controller that performs the video surveillance, and the manner in which information can be obtained about the location and duration in which the CCTV system footage is kept.
Who can see your personal data?
Only an authorized person for video surveillance can access the footage. Access to the server, the network video recorder (NVR) and the workstation to which the video surveillance monitors are connected is limited, protected by implementing technical data security measures (password, record of each event or activity by employees, i.e. authorized persons). The data, i.e. footage cannot be accessed without authorization from the executive director of JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje.

You can also block the processing if the operation is illegal and you object to the deletion of the data. However, blocking is not possible in any case of an official investigation.

We store your data on a computer system with limited access and in a controlled environment.
How long do we keep your data?
JSC HANDBALL CLUB ALKALOID HANDBALL Skopje will keep your personal data for a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days after your visit to the Sports Hall, after which all recorded footage is automatically deleted.
